we!park is a collaborative initiative to develop green public spaces in Bangkok, supported by the Thai Health Promotion Foundation (ThaiHealth). we!park was founded with a mission to address the shortage of green spaces in Bangkok, a city struggling with the challenges of rapid urbanization. Our goal is to create green public spaces that connect people with nature, foster social interactions, and enhance urban quality of life. At BKKDW 2025, we!park will present a Pop-Up Park (Temporary Park) that embodies our vision by transforming privately-owned spaces into experimental public parks designed to accommodate activities for all. This initiative highlights the idea that green space development does not have to be confined to state-owned land—private sectors can also play a key role in urban development. We expect that visitors will leave inspired to create green spaces in their own communities and gain a renewed understanding of the critical role that green public spaces play in building sustainable cities.
