This exhibition is part of Bangkok Design Week 2025, embracing the theme “Design Up+Rising: Facing Challenges with a Positive Twist.” With a focus on how Generation Alpha - Generation Z views the future, participants will explore the shifting dynamics of our world and how design can shape a more hopeful tomorrow. In a world defined by rapid technological advancements, environmental challenges, and evolving identities, this exhibition provides a platform for the next generation of artists to express their visions of the future. Through creative reinterpretations of iconic movie posters, participants will explore the intersection of past and future narratives. The exhibition includes two key components: Redesigned Movie Posters: Young artists will be invited to select their favorite classic movies and redesign the poster, offering a fresh perspective that connects with today’s world and tomorrow’s possibilities. Each poster will reflect Gen Alpha & Gen Z’s unique views on technology, identity, and environmental sustainability, showcasing how these themes influence their vision of the future. Interactive Movie Scene Experience: In an innovative and Instagram-worthy installation, visitors will have the opportunity to step into a redesigned movie scene. The scene will be projected on a large screen, with accompanying props, allowing attendees to interact with the space and become part of the movie. This immersive experience will blur the lines between audience and art, offering a personal, engaging narrative for each visitor. Why Gen alphA-Z? This exhibition focuses on the creative power of "Gen Alpha & Gen Z", the first truly digital-native generation, who will play a crucial role in shaping the world to come.
