CASA FORMOSA TAIWAN TEA HOUSE, a Taiwanese tea shop in the Yaowarat area, joins hands with Siriphan Osot (Chiang An Tung), a Chinese herbal medicine shop with over 60 years of experience, to host a workshop that invites participants to explore the story of tea and Chinese herbs. The workshop includes learning about the history of the tea trade between Bangkok and Taiwan, visiting an old drug store on Mangkon Road, and engaging in conversations with the shop owner to gain practical knowledge about traditional Chinese medicine. Participants will also have the opportunity to taste and learn about two types of Taiwanese oolong teas and create their own personalized healthy tea drink, known as ‘Kampo,’ by selecting Chinese herbs to suit their style.
