"Collective Blooms" is an experience of digitally tracking flower seeds in the Khlong Toei Market area and collectively planting them in flower pots at the First Post Office Monument Building through Interactive Projection Mapping, designed by 27 June Studio. Participants are required to use the Collective Blooms Webapp as a tool for navigation and exploration of digital flower seeds hidden in various locations, starting from the MRT Sanamchai Station, Pak Khlong Talat, Yodpiman Flower Market, Somdet Phra Pokklao Park, to the First Post Office Monument Building. Each seed will convey unique stories and histories of different locations. After scanning and collecting the seeds, participants can actively contribute by colouring and embellishing their flower seeds before planting them to admire the unique beauty of the flowers at the First Post Office Monument Building. This exhibition by 27 June Studio explores the innovative possibilities of incorporating Creative Technology to design an experience within the local neighbourhood context. It aims to provide opportunities for people to explore, become aware of the stories and histories of the Pak Khlong Talat area, shed light on some hidden businesses, and stimulate economic activities in the neighbourhood. Note: This experience requires using the Collective Blooms web app to view the map and scan digital flower seeds (QR code scanning is available for accessing the web app without downloading the application).
