Easy Eco friendly Yaowarat Food Packaging by the Design Innovative Ceramic Products Program, Faculty of Architecture and Design, King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok & Printing and Packaging Technology Program, Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) Yaowarat is known as a street food destination where a large amount of food packaging is consumed, resulting in tons of waste. As a result, the design team recognizes the importance of simplifying and reducing food packaging. For example, dipping sauces could be packaged in a single container made of biodegradable material that is easily disposable.
