Sum Lak Yum, our spicy salad sauce, contains coconut sugar and our spicy salad has a mellow flavor and a good aroma. It uses several fresh ingredients such as fresh oyster, fresh shrimp, cooked shrimp, Vietnamese sausage and egg yolk. Customers can pick which ingredients they like in their salad, which is also available with and without fermented fish sauce. The spicy salad goes together nicely with our fried sun-dried pork, which has been marinated to perfection.
