ACADEMIC PROGRAM x CREATIVE DISTRICT READY made : New normal of culture Architectural Culture and Community Research Studio (ACCRS), Bangkok University have the opportunity to join the Community Organization Development Institute (CODI) in residential development for about 392 low-income households in Uthai Thani province. This project is a temporary housing project that was created for residents waiting for the construction of the new dwellings. ACCRS have assisted with the concept of ‘Flexibility and Adaptability’ design which builds the house with an 18,000 baht budget and a variety of materials. Additionally, ACCRS also looks further into adapting its function in other crises as well.
