"Inno. Ento. Food" is a collaboration project between FabCafe Bangkok and Exofood to create a conversation about alternative protein sources, 'insects'. The project presents Thailand's potential as the world's food producer by bringing together local wisdom and food culture, presenting Thailand's biodiversity through food. Activities will be held on 11-13 February between 10:00-18:00, which are divided into an exhibition presenting designs and information on food and insects and Chef's Table where you will be opening up entomology cuisine experience. Those who are interested can make a reservation via FabCafe Bangkok Facebook page, 15 persons per day at 19:00-20:00.
