Kasetsart University has a policy to encourage the general public to use areas in the university as a learning center and a venue for recreation and exercise for people of all ages. With the availability of railway stations, shady walking paths in nature with picturesque landscapes, preservation buildings steeped in historical and cultural values, museums and venues full of materials for study, research, restaurants and cafes, and complete facilities that can be beneficial to people of all genders and ages, Kasetsart University, therefore, organizes “KU Plearn Tour,” a walking-running activity to serve as a channel to disseminate knowledge and information on activities and various uses of areas in the university to the general public. KU Plearn Tour is a free-of-charge walking-running activity within Kasetsart University, Bangkhen. With 3KM, 5KM, and 10KM programs available, walkers/runners can stop by a wide variety of KU hidden treasures, from themed museums, botanical gardens, architectural award-winning buildings steeped in historical and cultural values, to delicious yet affordable delicacies and desserts. KU will gladly provide KU Milk to anyone participating in KU Plearn Tour for free.
